Registration page revised to clarify some instructions and to remove automatic selection of convention registration, so it must be purposely selected.  Registration selection is no longer required to submit the form, meaning that additions to a registration can be made without generating a new registration fee.  If the deletion of a previously charged item is required, please email the registrar.
